Shipping & Returns
All shipments will be shipped with USPS or Fedex.
Orders are processed within 24 hours if the order is placed before 2 p.m. Monday-Friday. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be sent out the following Monday.
All packages are thoroughly inspected before leaving our store.
We understand the nature of shipping and the fact that damages do occur from time to time. We ask that you please evaluate your package and check for damages before signing for the package. Once the package has been signed for, filing a claim with the shipping company is very troublesome.
We will do our best to help in case of a damaged shipment, but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return.
Returns must be made within 30 days. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
Full refund is available within 15 days of your purchase. Store credit will be given 15-30 days after purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned products.
